We came back from a vacation only to find our Tesla completely drained. We looked at towing options but stumbled upon No Line Charging. John was able to get out to us within the hour, jump our 12v battery bringing the car back to life, then charge us up enough to get us to a Supercharger. Given the risk associated with towing EVs, we were so thankful to have found this alternative. John kept us updated on his arrival time and was super friendly throughout. Thank you again for getting out of this jam!

John saved the day! My car’s 12v died, causing my Tesla battery to drop to 0 miles. He charged both batteries enough for me to drive to a supercharger, and then Tesla replaced the 12v the next day. He was also very nice and helpful, great service!
